Who is CTO-as-a-Service for?
For companies that want to move digital products or processes forward but don't (yet) have their own technical leadership. And for teams that need experienced CTO-level support on an interim or supplementary basis.
How much time do you invest per month?
That depends on the phase and your needs. We agree on a fixed monthly allowance that can be adjusted, for example more intensive during a realignment and leaner during day-to-day operations.
Do you work with our existing team and vendors?
Yes, that is the core of it. We don't replace your team, we work hand in hand with it, coordinate external partners and make technical decisions understandable for everyone.
Can we hire our own CTO later?
Absolutely. We document decisions and structures so that a handover is possible at any time, and on request we help with the role profile, selection and onboarding.
